The Fortis Outreach Team have over 15 years of experience of supporting young people with SEND in mainstream schools. This experience gives our service providers a deep understanding of complex behaviour, trauma, and neurodiversity.
Moreover, many of the team are parents themselves, and have a personal understanding of supporting children with SEND, both at home and in education.
The Trust’s founding provision, Bradfields Academy, is a specialist SEND provision, and these specialities are deep-rooted in the training and support provided by the team; where the team provide hands on and practical solutions, designed to fit your context in a bespoke way.
